How can I order?

Wheatgrass juice activates your mind and body and provides you with a concentrated dose of natural energy.

Barley grass juice takes care of your overall well-being. It makes you happy, helps you cope with stressful situations, and aids regeneration.

Both grain juices are alkaline and full of important nutrients that are good for you.

What payment options are available?

You can conveniently pay by credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or invoice (Klarna).

Is the payment secure?

Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed through certified payment providers.

How do I find out about promotions or discounts?

Via our newsletter. There we share news, inspiration, new products and of course, special offers.

How do I redeem a discount code?

Simply enter your code in the appropriate field at checkout.

What is the best way to take the granules?

What is the best way to take the granules?

  1. Mix the granules into your yogurt or muesli
  2. Take the granules pure and wash them down with a drink
  3. Some people prefer it mixed with fruit juice in a glass of water. In this case, however, the granules must be consumed quickly, as they swell.

Important! No matter which method you choose, drink plenty of water. The granules work best when you drink enough fluids. Whether you drink them during or afterward doesn't matter.

Do you also deliver to Switzerland?

For deliveries to Switzerland, you can order via kraftgras.ch.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Usually within 2-3 working days.

Can I track my shipment?

Yes. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Which shipping service do you use?

We primarily ship with DHL.

By when do I need to order so that the package is shipped immediately?

Orders placed before 12:00 will be processed on the same working day.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to register a return.

What do I do if the goods are damaged?

Please contact us directly with a photo of the damage at info@kraftgras.de . We will take care of a replacement or refund without any hassle.

How can I delete my customer account?

Simply write to us briefly – we will delete your account in accordance with data protection guidelines.

What is the difference between the Basic and Plus lines?

  • The Basic line includes pure, natural products.
  • The Plus line builds on these basics and combines them with specifically selected vitamins or nutrients – for different needs.

Are all Kraftgras products vegan and gluten-free?

Yes. All our products are vegan-certified and gluten-free.
